The
Teen Program encourages young people to cultivate a lifestyle
without dieting. The program assists teens in confidently acquiring
healthy eating habits while at the same time understanding why
dieting doesn't work, how to interpret hunger signals, and more.
The Teen Program is offered as a class taught by a licensed facilitator.
