a 2 ft x 2.5 ft poster detailing the 10 week program along with
qualifying questions suitable for health fairs/expos. 300 dpi.
Send to printer and ask them to reproduce it on nonreflective
laminate, which has a nonglossy oil cloth like finish that can
be rolled up and is easily transportable. Ensure printer/photocopy
shop has the capability to do laminations in a nonreflective
manner. Cost is around $45. Thanks to Rainbow McBryan, HUGS
facilitator in Vancouver who created this poster from the brochure
content with a lovely background.
How to make a poster using this
JPG file:
The following files are 1.9 mega
bytes and may take several minutes to download to give you a
poster of 200 dpi quality.
1) Download the version you prefer.
A) HUGS
version;
B)You Count Calories
Don't version
C)Staying
Off the Diet Roller Coaster
2) e-mail the JPG file to a print
shop capable of colour laser printer output, along with instructions
on size and paper (see below).
3) the file is already 11"
x 17", confirm this size with the printer.
4) for a glossy finish, request
a semi-gloss 24 lb. paper
(the laser printer output is a little more durable than a regular
ink-jet printer, but laminating the poster makes it even more
durable for high use situations, this can usually be done at
the same print shop).
5) if the poster is to be used
on a stand (on a table display, for example) it may then be glued
to a piece of foam core (11" x 17") using a spray adhesive
or contact cement. |
