I am a P.HD candidate in Esoteric Studies which brings a
cross-cultural approach to my work.

There is another way to live. Being caught in the cycle of weight and food obession is self defeating for most of us. The
HUGS program provides empowerment and puts YOU back in control of your life.

I have "fought the diet fight" for many years, losing and gaining massive amounts of weight. I even had a surgical intervention at one point- only to slowly regain the weight. The non-diet approach has allowed me the reclaim my relationship to my body, free my mind and let my spirit soar! My life is no longer about my weight, the size of my clothes or my next meal.
