I am a registered dietitian with experience in weight
and nutrition counselling. The Hugs Program is offered
in my practice to clients with the goal of normalizing
eating patterns without the regiment of dieting.

You cannot be on a diet forever, it is unhealthy for you physically and emotionally.  HUGS is a lifestyle program that deals with healthy eating and physical activity and not the number on the scale.  With HUGS you have guided advice to help you begin a healthy lifestyle as well as support of other members who are dealing with similar issues as you are.
