The Northern Lights Regional Health Centre is offering The Hugs Program, a non-diet approach to healthy eating, improved well-being, and self-acceptance. The program is facilitated by Melissa Kolmel, a Registered Dietitian who has experience in weight and nutrition counseling. A doctor referral is not required to register for this program.

Get off the diet roller coaster and learn what normal, healthy eating is. Forget the scale and counting calories. It's time to nourish your body and to feel good about yourself!
