Working at the grassroots level in communities and concerned about the diet mentality and pressure on individuals to conform to an unrealistic and unhealthy lifestyle I decided to become part of the solution through offering the HUGS program.

Nutrition Manager with fifteen years experience in grassroots community work. I have been with the Canadian Society Nutrition Management for many years and have further courses in therapeutic nutrition, pyschology, sociology, and human studies courses. Also taught courses at a college and for a recreation department.
