I am an ACE-certified personal trainer with a degree in psychology. I have been in the Health & Fitness industry for 16 years and am currently a managing partner of a Health & Wellness Center. Our main goal at our facilty is for our members to achieve and enjoy a healthy well balanced lifestyle. We have found that HUGS matches our phylosophy in ending the diet mentality and regaining control for a positive healthy life.
